We want our customers to have the best experience possible, but we understand there are times where you need to return something to us. The following simple guidelines will ensure you a quick and easy return process.
Proof of purchase is required for any returned items, and all products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund as a credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon receipt of the product, minus any shipping fees in certain circumstances.
An item can be returned if it has not been used and is returned with it original packaging within 45 days of the receipt. Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We strive to supply barbecue equipment and accessories of good quality with aftersales support and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you identify a fault or defective workmanship with equipment or parts we supply we request you engage directly with our supplier who will ensure the defect if remedied immediately. Please feel free to contact us and we will provide advice on who to contact.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
In relation to accessories or items with a sales price less than £100, we will only replace items if they are defective or found to be damaged upon receipt. In relation to grills or items with higher values that are defective or damaged, we request you address your enquiry directly with the supplier who will provide warranty support.
