We supply grills and equipment from suppliers who provide product support so if you identify any product defect or experience an operational issue we request you to refer to to the brands product support page for product support. Our suppliers will provide you advice and guidance, and provide replacement parts as required. We do not stock replacement parts and you will be able to obtain more timely support if your query is referred to the supplier.
