Solid steel 78cm diameter fire plate designed for plancha-style cooking on Monolith 55 ceramic grills, creating a large flat cooking surface over charcoal heat.
Thick steel construction distributes heat evenly across the plate, ideal for cooking burgers, vegetables, seafood, eggs and breakfast-style dishes.
Central opening allows direct access to the fire, enabling both direct flame cooking and flat-top grilling at the same time.
