Our business model is to provide Grills and Smokers to our immediate business area using our own staff and delivery van which in general terms extends to a radius of 10 miles from our shop in Leatherhead, Surrey. This would include the areas of Leatherhead, Ashtead, Epsom, Esher, Dorking, Guildford, Woking, Redhill, Croydon, Sutton, Kingston, Crawley and Staines. Deliveries to these areas is free of charge. An additional delivery charge may be applicable to deliveries outside these general areas. Please contact our shop for further details on whether any further charge would be applicable.
Deliveries of grills and smokers in stock will be made within 1 to 3 days following order, which will be confirmed by email or phone following the receipt of your order.

Deliveries of grills not in stock will be subject to availability and delivery from our suppliers, which generally means a delivery time ranging from 5 to 10 days.

Unless you have ordered your Grill or Smoker assembled, it will be delivered in their original packaging and provided to you at your property. We request that you immediately examine the packaging for any sign of shipping damage and inform the driver of any concerns at the time of delivery.

On some occasions items will be shipped directly from our suppliers, which will involve additional terms and conditions from those indicated above. We will inform you of these additional terms and conditions, should the item you have ordered is being shipped directly from our suppliers.
