We deliver Grills and Smokers to our local area only using our own staff and delivery van. Our local area extends to a radius of 10 miles from our shop in Leatherhead, Surrey. This would include the areas of Leatherhead, Ashtead, Epsom, Esher, Dorking, Guildford, Woking, Redhill, Croydon, Sutton, Kingston, Crawley and Staines and local villages to these areas.

Deliveries outside these areas is also free of charge, but for these areas delivery will be made by independent courier, usually on a palletised basis.  In this instance we will provide an indicative date of delivery at the time of booking.   The only exception to this policy is with respect to ex-display items which cannot be delivered by courier and items of this nature will be unavailable for delivery outside the local area stated above.

Sorry, we cannot deliver grills and smokers outside the mainland United Kingdom.

Deliveries of grills and smokers in stock will be made within 1 to 3 business days following order, which will be confirmed by email or phone following the receipt of your order.   Deliveries of grills not in stock will be subject to availability and delivery from our suppliers, which generally means a delivery time ranging from 5 to 10 days. 

Unless you have ordered your Grill or Smoker assembled, it will be delivered in their original packaging and provided to you at your property.   We request that you immediately examine the packaging for any sign of shipping damage and inform the driver of any concerns at the time of delivery.     

On some occasions items will be shipped directly from our suppliers, which will involve additional terms and conditions from those indicated above.   We will inform you of these additional terms and conditions, should the item you have ordered is being shipped directly from our suppliers.
